Concentration is primarily defined as: “the direction of all thought or effort toward one particular task, idea, or subject.” We decided to ponder this word because the very question, “what’s really in a word?” clarifies, indeed, that the energy within and surrounding what it takes to concentrate is able to reward us in a multitude of ways. If you acknowledge when you are in the act of meditation – you may already be very tuned into this concept of emptying your mind. You might also know that finding ways to concentrate on one thing makes a huge difference in one’s achievements.
