Certified Fitness Personal Trainer, Elite Fitness Alliance, LLC
Brittany is a World Instructor Training School Certified Personal Trainer, she is also CPR/AED certified. She is currently pursuing her AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification, as well as other certifications of interest, to add to her fitness portfolio.
Brittany's specialty is functional fitness. She is passionate about improving how we move day to day.
Her passion for fitness began in middle school and continued through out her adult life. She realized she wanted to share the health with others while working with personal trainers and training her husband, who achieved success with a 40 pound weight loss.
I am a beginner at swimming, but at my first practice, I only stopped one time in the entire lap. I give credit to the ELITE training method, I have more stamina and endurance. Also I am happy to share, I lost 7 pounds in my first 8 week training program with them. My additional goal is to gain more lean muscle, I can't wait to start the next session. Thank you so much ladies and I am looking forward to continue working with you.
I joined the ELITE Fitness Performance Power Program for eight weeks. At the end of the first eight weeks I am happy to announce, I feel better mentally and physically. I reduced my body fat, and lost inches around my hips and waist. I am really happy that I found very supportive trainers that care and push you to do your best. I had a bad experience with trainers in the past. Now I know what it is to find a real "fitness family.
Very cool realization, after I met up with a friend at our local gym where we used to go weekly. Did the usual - treadmill and some weights - that my old "normal" isn't enough. Since working with ELITE's Performance Power Program, I discovered that I am capable of doing much more and must continue to push if I want to see more results. Thanks Felicia, Stacie and Brittany!!
