Sales Director
Destini Meyers is Sales Director and aspiring Life Coach at RD&T Media and Events. She has a passion for people. After attending a prestigious private university in Boca Raton, Florida and earning her degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing, she did what any true New Yorker would do; headed back to the big city – her city – to begin her post college journey, or as some would say “adulthood.” She knew what she wanted fresh out of college, to engage with people any way she could. As her father would say, she has the “gift for gab,” and knew she had to put that gift to work.
With that in mind, Destini decided to begin her journey in Sales. She was able to have face-to-face time with people, assisting them with what they needed and ultimately helping them find what they were looking for. Whether it was a Chanel dress as a Stylist at Saks Fifth Avenue, or an advertising program as the National Sales Manager at SYS-CON Media, she began to build relationships and increase her network.
As Destini’s passion for people grew, so did her ambitions. She decided that Relationship Development and Transformation would be her new home, a place to continue to grow her sales portfolio, and to dive deeper into what truly motivates her – people. RD&T is where she will be begin her journey as a Life Coach, and will continue to cultivate her most important relationship – the one I have with herself. She looks forward to meeting you all at the show and building new and exciting relationships with all of you.

Destini is also CEO & Founder of D&L Endless Events. Destini has had a passion for design and fashion since she was a child. Fashion shows, event planning, and the over the top tea parties were the norm. After attending a prestigious private university and gaining her degree in Business with a specialization in Fashion Management and Marketing, Destini headed back to where it all began, New York City to pursue her career as an Event Planner and Fashion Professional. This Upper East Side resident and die-hard New Yorker is always finding art, creativity and inspiration around every corner. For Destini,“D&L Endless Events is my way of making our clients own creativity come to life.”
